Allow me to take a post off craft rooms to give way to more important stuff - mommies!
I think everyday should be Mother's Day, don't you? I mean, think of ALL the hard work you do everyday: cook meals, wash dishes, do laundry {and then look up and shake your fists at the sky when a stain refuses to disintegrate}, clean the house, swear profusely at seeing the children's bedrooms {even you can't seem to remember if they actually had floors or if you simply forgot to put any and the children are using clothes to step on instead}, and all the other heroic deeds you do every. single. day. Seriously! You mommies deserve a ribbon everyday! I can't even begin to understand how my Mama manages to do all that and still have time to listen to our ramblings and Papa's complains about work.
So here's to you, everything you do and the lengths you're willing to take in the names of family and love. Happy Mommies' Day!
